About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- The Senior Project Manager leads complex, cross-functional initiatives from initiation through completion
- Ensuring delivery of intended business, client, operational, or technology outcomes
- Establishing the structure and processes needed to coordinate project activities and deliver the right solution at the right time
- Translating strategy, business objectives, customer needs, and performance improvement opportunities into executable project plans
- Applying project management knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques to manage deliverables, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, issues, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations
- Monitoring project performance, evaluating variances, and taking appropriate corrective action to maintain alignment with approved scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations
