About the role

  • Manage and oversee the day-to-day running of the Training & Competence Scheme
  • Manage and update the Training & Competence system
  • Respond to queries via the dedicated inbox and maintain scheme documentation
  • Generate monthly reports for key stakeholders
  • Coordinate exam bookings and study material orders for CII, CISI, and Fitch Learning
  • Process invoices and manage the professional qualifications inbox
  • Maintain version control for learning materials and collect evaluation data to assess learning impact
  • Administer the SS&C Learning Management System, including course uploads, reporting, and issue resolution
  • Provide cover for L&D support mailbox during absences
  • Engage in ongoing Continuous Professional Development to stay current with learning trends and best practices.

Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
  • Experience administering Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data accuracy and consistency.
  • Enthusiasm for learning and development, with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Prior experience in a Learning & Development or HR environment and use of ‘Access learning’ LMS (desirable).
  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and professional qualification bodies (e.g., CII, CISI, Fitch Learning) (desirable).
  • Experience working in a global or matrixed organisation (desirable).
  • Background in Financial Services or other regulated industries (desirable).
