About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identify, create and close net new enterprise customers for SS&C Blue Prism's Work HQ, Agentic AI and Intelligent Automation platform
- Leverage your established executive network and personal relationships to unlock strategic new logo opportunities and accelerate market penetration
- Develop opportunities across Industry & Commerce sectors including: Telecommunications, Utilities, Manufacturing, Pharmaceuticals, Logistics & Supply Chain, Media
- Build trusted relationships with C-suite executives and senior business leaders by understanding strategic objectives and articulating measurable business value
- Operate with a Challenger sales mindset—leading executive conversations, challenging conventional thinking, and driving transformational change
- Create compelling business cases by quantifying business outcomes, identifying compelling events, and securing executive sponsorship
- Own the complete enterprise sales cycle using MEDDPICC (or equivalent), including: Discovery, Qualification, Executive alignment, Buying process, Paper process, Commercial negotiations, Close planning
- Build and execute strategic account plans for new logo acquisition while orchestrating internal resources and partner ecosystems
- Develop strong partnerships with GSIs, AWS, boutique consultancies and strategic alliances to create and accelerate pipeline
- Maintain a disciplined pipeline capable of consistently delivering a minimum 3x coverage against quota
- Forecast accurately and deliver predictable revenue performance
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Professional Services, Product Specialists and executive leadership to maximise customer outcomes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven enterprise sales professional with a reputation for opening strategic accounts and consistently winning new business
- A demonstrable track record of selling complex enterprise software, AI, automation, SaaS or digital transformation solutions
- A proven history of winning net new enterprise logos rather than relying on existing account growth
- An established black book of executive contacts with the credibility and relationships to create opportunities at C-suite level
- Experience selling directly and through Global System Integrators (GSIs) and strategic partners
- Strong executive presence with the confidence to engage CEOs, CIOs, CFOs, COOs and business transformation leaders
- Expertise in MEDDPICC (or similar enterprise sales methodology)
- Experience managing complex multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles
- Strong commercial and contractual negotiation skills
- A strategic mindset with the ability to balance long-term account planning and short-term execution
- Excellent pipeline management, forecasting and opportunity qualification skills
- High levels of resilience, drive, curiosity and accountability
- A collaborative approach that embraces internal experts and partner ecosystems to maximise customer success
