About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Configure and maintain Time Tracking components such as: Time entry templates, time calculations, time blocks, time types, and eligibility rules
Time approval workflows (Business Processes), validations, and condition rules
Support testing and deployment of new countries, time policies, contractual requirements, or regional time rules
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to time entry, approvals, calculations, and downstream payroll impacts
Develop and maintain Workday reports for time tracking, including: Time entry compliance (late submissions, exceptions) Overtime, premium time, shift differentials, and exceptions
Partner with HR/Payroll to gather requirements and recommend best practice configurations.

Requirements

What you’ll need

3–5+ years of Workday configuration experience, with strong emphasis on Time Tracking (and Absence a plus)
Workday Pro certification(s) in Time Tracking (or equivalent practical experience)
Proven experience building Workday reporting supporting Time Tracking operations and payroll readiness
Hands-on experience with: Business Process configuration and condition rules Time calculations /eligibility rules Calculated fields and report optimization
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills; ability to translate policy into system configuration.
Excellent communication skills; able to work with both technical and non-technical partners.
