About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Review and process redlines, work with attorneys, manage DocuSign envelopes, and ensure compliance with company policies.
Interpret and communicate contract terms internally and externally.
Act as the primary operational liaison on high-value transactions, collaborating with legal, sales, and, when necessary, clients.
Deliver a comprehensive deal summary to Finance and Operations to ensure accuracy, compliance, and integrity across all downstream workflows.
Maintain centralized repository, ensure templates follow approval processes, and communicate updates.
Respond to emails, handle correspondence, and assist with research and document preparation.
Partner with internal teams on client data and participate in stakeholder training sessions.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Experience in contract management or corporate legal administration
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills; ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with software contracts, amendments, statements of work, and order forms.
Technical Skills MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), Salesforce, DocuSign, Adobe Professional.
