About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and develop a team of Workforce Management Analysts and Financial Solutions Analysts across hybrid, virtual, and offshore environments
- Establish and reinforce a strong risk and control framework, including oversight of associate data security, access management, and adherence to operational standards
- Oversee workforce planning, resource allocation, and workload management to ensure consistent service delivery
- Manage complex operational workflows, including issue resolution, break/fix activities, and root cause analysis
- Own and execute projects, including client onboarding, technology initiatives, and process enhancements
- Lead change management efforts to support adoption of new systems, processes, and best practices
- Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Technology, and Client teams to drive alignment and outcomes
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, mitigate risk, and improve overall performance
- Manage multiple priorities, tasks, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing clear updates, insights, and recommendations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of leadership experience managing teams
- 5–10+ years of experience in financial services or investment operations
- Experience managing multiple functions or teams with diverse responsibilities
- Strong understanding of risk management, controls, and data security within an operational environment
- Proven ability to manage projects, drive change, and improve processes
- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders across functions and levels
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience working with hybrid, virtual, and/or offshore teams
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
