Lead the strategy and execution of SS&C Health’s product and services portfolio
Drive the definition of a unified product vision
Shape market leading solutions in partnership with senior client stakeholders
Lead cross functional execution delivering scalable, differentiated offerings across the healthcare ecosystem
Ensure the organization is equipped with best in class product management and enablement capabilities
Design and execute SS&C Health’s product strategy
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and solution leadership to align market opportunities with platform and service capabilities
Maintain executive level relationships with key clients and partners

Requirements

What you’ll need

15 plus years of experience in healthcare technology product leadership
Proven success leading product organizations responsible for mission critical technology platforms serving national and regional health plans, health systems, and large healthcare organizations
Demonstrated ability to define, shape, and deliver complex platform and services solutions within highly regulated environments
Strong executive presence with the ability to engage credibly with C suite leaders, boards, and senior client stakeholders
Consistent record of driving measurable impact on revenue growth, client retention, and margin through product strategy, commercialization, and portfolio execution
Deep understanding of healthcare market dynamics, payer economics, regulatory pressures, and competitive positioning
