Key responsibilities & impact

Act as the primary liaison between Operations and Product & Transformation teams, ensuring alignment on process improvements and business objectives
Lead end-to-end operational reviews, including process enhancements, identifying areas for increased efficiency and risk mitigation
Develop, standardize, and govern Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance operational consistency and compliance
Drive initiatives to optimize workflow efficiency, reduce risk, and improve service delivery
Oversee all release activities, ensuring operational impacts are assessed, risks are mitigated, and teams are prepared for changes
Utilize data-driven insights to support decision-making and performance optimization.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
10+ years of experience in operations strategy, process improvement, or business architecture within financial services or a related industry
Strong understanding of operational risk management, process standardization, and efficiency optimization
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive large-scale process improvements
Expertise in business process modeling, Lean Six Sigma, and other operational frameworks
Experience collaborating with Product and Transformation teams to implement process enhancements and system changes
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
