Key responsibilities & impact

Partner with business and technical stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements
Author and maintain high-quality project documentation.
Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements with an understanding of underlying technical concepts
Support implementation activities across the project lifecycle.
Act as a subject-matter resource during implementations.
Identify gaps, risks, and dependencies; propose practical, well-documented solutions
Collaborate effectively with project managers, developers, and other technical resources.

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in implementation, preferably within the financial services or retirement industry.
Proven experience in: Requirements gathering and stakeholder interviews
Writing detailed technical and business documentation
Strong analytical skills with the ability to decompose complex problems
Working knowledge of Chorus and Retirement Services platforms
Hands-on experience supporting or participating in project implementations
Solid understanding of basic technical concepts (e.g., data flows, system integrations).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
