About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Engage with business units to understand their data needs, processes, and KPIs
  • Map and document the data landscape across systems (CRM, MAP, web analytics, advertising platforms, product data, etc.)
  • Serve as the primary analytics liaison, ensuring marketing has accurate, accessible, and trusted data to support decision-making
  • Analyze marketing performance across channels, segments, and lifecycle stages to identify trends, gaps, and growth opportunities
  • Transform complex datasets into concise insights that marketing leaders can act on
  • Design and build intuitive, executive-ready dashboards using platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar
  • Identify and resolve data quality issues across systems; partner with RevOps, IT, and Data Engineering on remediation

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3–7+ years of experience in Marketing Analytics, Marketing Operations, Business Intelligence, or Data Analysis
  • Strong data visualization skills with hands-on experience in BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Qlik, Domo, etc.)
  • Proficiency in SQL and structured data manipulation
  • Experience with CRM (Salesforce), marketing automation tools (Marketo, HubSpot, Eloqua), and digital analytics platforms (GA4, Adobe Analytics)
  • Ability to translate data into clear insights and recommendations for non-technical audiences
  • Strong communication, storytelling, and stakeholder-management skills.
