About the role

  • Lead the Commercial Excellence framework, establishing scalable reporting, analytics, SOPs, and operational cadence to improve visibility, consistency, and growth enablement.
  • Own revenue intelligence and forecasting, delivering accurate pipeline reporting, trend analysis, and actionable insights that strengthen commercial accountability and leadership decision-making.
  • Design and maintain scalable dashboards and performance reporting to provide clear visibility into revenue, pipeline health, and business performance.
  • Drive commercial process optimization, identifying inefficiencies, introducing automation, and aligning workflows with enterprise tools and governance standards.
  • Provide structured program support and maintain clear commercial documentation, ensuring consistent workflows, ownership clarity, and scalable execution across priority initiatives.
  • Coordinate financial and pipeline reporting cadences, consolidating revenue, activity, and performance metrics into integrated leadership reporting.
  • Enable go-to-market execution, strengthening pipeline quality, CRM data integrity, and sales readiness through GTM playbooks, standards, and commercial support.
  • Partner cross-functionally across Sales, Product, Technology, Client Services, and Marketing to ensure aligned execution, program delivery, and governance and compliance readiness.

Requirements

  • Experience in commercial excellence, revenue operations, sales enablement, or analytics.
  • Strong Salesforce reporting and CRM governance expertise.
  • Proven success leading cross-functional commercial or operational initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights.
  • Experience designing scalable processes, SOPs, and workflows.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • High attention to detail, strong organization, and an ownership mindset.
  • Familiarity with institutional financial services preferred.
