About the role
- Develop and execute marketing strategies that position SS&C Health’s SaaS platforms within the context of a One Health approach , connecting claims, clinical, analytics, digital, and AI capabilities into a unified healthcare technology platform.
- Partner with Product Strategy and business leaders to develop market insights, business cases, and product positioning informed by market research, competitive intelligence, and the evolving needs of health plans, PBMs, and payer organizations.
- Lead product commercialization efforts, including development of comprehensive go-to-market plans and external readiness for new product launches and enhancements aligned to the One Health platform vision.
- Create sales enablement materials and support client engagement activities including RFP responses, executive presentations, and marketing collateral that supports client acquisition and renewals.
- Develop and maintain go-to-market toolkits that equip Sales and Account Management teams to effectively position SS&C Health solutions within a One Health ecosystem model.
- Plan and support product-focused webinars, digital education programs, and other market-facing initiatives that increase awareness of SS&C Health’s One Health capabilities and support demand generation.
- Partner with Growth, Sales, and Corporate Marketing teams to support industry conference participation, event marketing, and sponsorship strategies aligned to target health plan and payer audiences.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives that drive adoption and growth of SS&C Health’s One Health platform strategy.
Requirements
- Master’s degree with a minimum of 8 years of related experience, or Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 10 years of related experience.
- Experience commercializing healthcare technology products within SaaS or enterprise platform environments.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare payer ecosystem, including health plans and PBMs.
- Experience developing and executing product marketing and go-to-market strategies for complex technology solutions.
- Track record supporting enterprise sales organizations with sales enablement, RFP support, and client-facing materials.
- Experience developing digital marketing programs, including webinars and educational campaigns.
- Experience planning and supporting industry conference participation, event marketing, and sponsorship programs.
- Expertise in product positioning, market messaging, and brand awareness within competitive healthcare technology markets, ideally supporting integrated platforms that connect clinical, operational, and financial systems across a One Health ecosystem.
