About the role

  • Act as a trusted, client-facing Business Analyst partnering closely with the Product Manager
  • Engage directly with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business needs
  • Document business, stakeholder, functional, non-functional and transitional requirements
  • Collaborate with commercial and delivery teams to shape and validate solutions
  • Translate requirements into well-defined epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Provide clarity and direction during sprint and Agile ceremonies

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst in a client-facing, Agile delivery environment
  • Demonstrable experience within Money Markets or closely related financial markets
  • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle in an Agile environment
  • Proven ability to elicit, analyse, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements
  • Strong analytical and modelling skills including BPMN and UML
  • Experience working with data and databases (e.g. SQL Server)
  • Customer- and client-focused mindset
  • Experience working on digital platforms or portals within Money Markets, investments, or institutional financial services is desirable
