About the role
- Manage and administer incidents across multiple clients
- Lead end-to-end incident management including identification, assessment, remediation, and prevention of incidents and breaches
- Conduct investigations and root cause analysis.
- Collaborate with various business units to ensure accurate and complete execution of remediation.
- Prepare reports and analyse trends in incidents to identify systemic issues and areas for improvement.
Requirements
- Experience in operational incident management and/or risk management within the superannuation or financial services industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience maintaining positive client relationships
- Experience coordinating work across multiple teams
- High attention to detail
- A team player who is committed to fairness, quality and continuous improvement.
- Knowledge of superannuation and systems
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments
