About the role
- Collaborate with business partners to implement and migrate to the DomaniRx platform
- Utilize knowledge of pharmacy claims and claims processing at SS&C to identify and resolve defects and issues
- Track and resolve defects using defect tracking tools and methodologies
- Develop and validate test cases to ensure successful migration to DomaniRx
- Work with business partners to design and implement Rework solutions on the DomaniRx platform
- Attend project calls and meetings to represent Rework and provide input on implementation and migration plans
- Utilize basic understanding of SQL or comparable tool, and data management to validate test cases and ensure data integrity
- Provide support and guidance to team members on processes and procedures on the DomaniRx platform
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase Rework efficiency and productivity
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in pharmacy claims and claims processing at SS&C
- Strong understanding of Rework Operations and its role in the claims processing cycle
- Experience with defect tracking and resolution using tools such as Jira and QTest
- Basic understanding of SQL or comparable tool, and data management principles
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively with business partners and team members
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to identify and resolve complex issues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
