About the role

Define and own global EUC architecture roadmap, endpoint management, device lifecycle, virtualization, mobility
Establish enterprise standards, patterns, and blueprints ensuring global consistency with regional accommodations
Design and deploy enterprise platforms (Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, JAMF, global MDM) at scale
Ensure secure-by-design, scalable architectures compliant with GDPR, HIPAA, and APAC data residency
Oversee multi-region rollouts, migration programs, and global platform upgrades
Define global endpoint security baselines and configuration policies; partner with InfoSec and Compliance
Maintain centralized visibility and control over endpoint posture, compliance, and patch management
Mentor global engineering teams and manage strategic vendor relationships
Implement automation, self-service, proactive monitoring; lead incident response and major problem investigations
Establish and track KPIs for device uptime, compliance rates, and user satisfaction

10+ years of experience in End User Computing
At least 5 years in a senior architecture role in a global enterprise (>20,000 endpoints)
Deep technical expertise in Microsoft Endpoint Solutions (Intune, SCCM, MDT), JAMF, Autopilot, Azure AD, Windows 365
Proven experience with virtualization technologies in multi-region deployments
Strong understanding of global compliance and regulatory requirements (GDPR, HIPAA, APAC data residency laws)
Ability to design architectures supporting Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices
Preferred: Experience leading global technology transformations and large-scale migrations
Preferred: Proficiency in automation/scripting (PowerShell, Graph API, Terraform for EUC infrastructure)
Preferred: Experience managing multi-vendor, global technology ecosystems
