About the role
- Executes on government regulated products and solutions including Federal and State regulatory compliance processes
- Maintains ongoing knowledge of the regulatory environment, our customers’ portfolios, and our vendors’ capabilities to ensure compliance
- Participates in the analysis of market opportunity and identifies requirements for products
- Plans and prioritizes work to meet department commitments aligned with Company goals
- Collaborates with cross-functional technical and business teams to ensure compliance and timeliness of projects
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of the Life Cycle of a Pharmacy and/or Medical Claim
- Strong knowledge of Health Plan and Claim Processor responsibilities
- Experience with Government Programs, including Medicare and Medicaid
- Experience with Customer Service to Health Plans
- Leadership skills including communication, motivation and engagement, adaptability, problem-solving, team building
