About the role
- Manage and support enterprise-scale network infrastructure and Zero Trust environments across hybrid ecosystems (on-prem, datacenter, and cloud)
- Network Engineering & Operations: Manage BGP, OSPF, TCP/IP troubleshooting, DNS, VPN
- Infrastructure: Firewalls (Juniper/AWS), routers, switches, load balancers, Aruba wireless
- Monitoring: Datadog, Kentik, Cribl for observability and performance
- Zero Trust (Zscaler): ZIA, ZPA, ZDX, policy management, troubleshooting
- Incident Management: Hybrid connectivity troubleshooting, RCA, P1/P2 handling
- Documentation & Continuous Improvement
Requirements
- 7–12+ years in Network Engineering & Security Operations
- Networking: BGP, OSPF, TCP/IP, DNS
- Juniper & AWS networking
- VPN technologies
- Zscaler (ZIA, ZPA, ZDX)
- Monitoring tools: Datadog, Kentik, Cribl
- Cloud: AWS/Azure/GCP
- IAM concepts
- SASE architecture
- Python/Bash scripting
- ITIL processes
- DevOps exposure
- Certifications: Zscaler (ZCCP, ZCNA), Networking (CCNA/CCNP, Juniper), Cloud (AWS Advanced Networking / Solutions Architect), Security (CISSP, Security+)
