About the role

  • Creating and maintaining complex Excel/LibreOffice spreadsheets to ensure efficient travel processing
  • Developing and optimizing tools, analyses and reports
  • Leading and coordinating a back office team (task allocation, quality assurance)
  • Close collaboration with other departments and support in day-to-day operational activities
  • Identifying improvement opportunities and continuously optimizing processes
  • Ensuring smooth administrative and organizational workflows

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training, university degree or equivalent qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in a back office role, ideally in the travel industry or a comparable environment
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel / LibreOffice Calc and experience structuring complex data
  • Leadership skills with a good understanding of people and team dynamics
  • Affinity for AI
  • Experience in process management
  • Business-fluent German and English; additional languages are a plus
