About the role
- Creating and maintaining complex Excel/LibreOffice spreadsheets to ensure efficient travel processing
- Developing and optimizing tools, analyses and reports
- Leading and coordinating a back office team (task allocation, quality assurance)
- Close collaboration with other departments and support in day-to-day operational activities
- Identifying improvement opportunities and continuously optimizing processes
- Ensuring smooth administrative and organizational workflows
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training, university degree or equivalent qualification
- Several years of professional experience in a back office role, ideally in the travel industry or a comparable environment
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel / LibreOffice Calc and experience structuring complex data
- Leadership skills with a good understanding of people and team dynamics
- Affinity for AI
- Experience in process management
- Business-fluent German and English; additional languages are a plus
