About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Encourage effective working in diverse teams within an inclusive team culture where people are recognised for their contribution.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior clients, acting as a trusted advisor and securing buy‑in for the case for change and the delivery approach, particularly within supply chain and operational transformation programmes.
  • Understand client business objectives, challenges, and industry trends.
  • Ensure high client satisfaction through effective communication and timely delivery of project milestones and deliverables.
  • As a Business Analyst, contribute to Engagement success by bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions.
  • Gather and analyse industry and market data to support business decisions, including identifying trends, patterns, and insights that can drive strategic initiatives.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to collect and document business requirements.
  • Assist in documenting business processes and workflows to create a clear understanding of current operations and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Provide support to senior business analysts and project managers in various project lifecycle activities.
  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Assist in the implementation of business solutions including testing new systems and providing feedback to ensure that solutions meet business needs.
  • Create and maintain reports that track project progress, performance metrics, and other key indicators.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree (2:1) or higher in a related subject (e.g. Business Analytics, Business Management, Business Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management or Logistics) or equivalent experience in a related role.
  • Experience of working as a Business Analyst
  • Well-developed core consulting skills e.g. research, analysis, presentation, and attention to detail
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and client / customer service
  • Aptitude to grasp new concepts and produce effective outputs/results
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and a growth mindset – an analytical, innovative, and creative approach
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • A strong work ethic with an ability to be self-directed and be an independent contributor to the tea
  • Ability to structure and manage intensive workloads
  • Ability to lead teams
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft Suite; specifically, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • A worthy team player dedicated to contributing toward the outcome desired by the team and the business
  • Successful candidates must be prepared to apply for, and pass security clearance, before they are appointed
