Key responsibilities & impact

Encourage effective working in diverse teams within an inclusive team culture where people are recognised for their contribution.
Build and maintain strong relationships with senior clients, acting as a trusted advisor and securing buy‑in for the case for change and the delivery approach, particularly within supply chain and operational transformation programmes.
Understand client business objectives, challenges, and industry trends.
Ensure high client satisfaction through effective communication and timely delivery of project milestones and deliverables.
As a Business Analyst, contribute to Engagement success by bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions.
Gather and analyse industry and market data to support business decisions, including identifying trends, patterns, and insights that can drive strategic initiatives.
Work closely with stakeholders to collect and document business requirements.
Assist in documenting business processes and workflows to create a clear understanding of current operations and identifying areas for improvement.
Provide support to senior business analysts and project managers in various project lifecycle activities.
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
Assist in the implementation of business solutions including testing new systems and providing feedback to ensure that solutions meet business needs.
Create and maintain reports that track project progress, performance metrics, and other key indicators.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree (2:1) or higher in a related subject (e.g. Business Analytics, Business Management, Business Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management or Logistics) or equivalent experience in a related role.
Experience of working as a Business Analyst
Well-developed core consulting skills e.g. research, analysis, presentation, and attention to detail
Exceptional interpersonal skills and client / customer service
Aptitude to grasp new concepts and produce effective outputs/results
Exceptional problem-solving skills and a growth mindset – an analytical, innovative, and creative approach
Good written and verbal communication skills
A strong work ethic with an ability to be self-directed and be an independent contributor to the tea
Ability to structure and manage intensive workloads
Ability to lead teams
Knowledge of the Microsoft Suite; specifically, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
A worthy team player dedicated to contributing toward the outcome desired by the team and the business
Successful candidates must be prepared to apply for, and pass security clearance, before they are appointed
