About the role

  • Develop and implement high quality frontend application (SPA) based on the UI/UX design and product specifications
  • Collaborate with designers and backend developers to implement technical requirements, APIs and ensure optimal user experiences and cross-browser compatibility
  • Creating self-contained, reusable, and testable modules and components
  • Actively participate in code reviews and continuously improve development processes
  • Writing of Unit- and E2E-Tests to ensure the technical requirements

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of professional experience in frontend development, with a deep specialization in TypeScript and advanced Sass /SCSS
  • Expert-level proficiency in Angular (v18 and above), including advanced implementation of Signals, Standalone Components, and the latest hydration / performance APIs
  • Proven experience managing large-scale enterprise applications using Nx monorepos and developing modular UI components with Storybook
  • A comprehensive understanding of end-to-end solution architecture, including the integration of RESTful / GraphQL APIs, database design, caching strategies, reverse proxies, and microservices
  • Expertise in designing and maintaining rigorous testing environments, including Unit Testing and End-to-End (E2E) automation suites (ideally utilizing Playwright)
  • Strong ability to analyze and optimize the interaction between subcomponents and overarching web services to ensure system scalability and stability
  • Exceptional troubleshooting skills with a systematic approach to debugging complex, distributed frontend systems
  • Full professional fluency in English (written and verbal) is required. German is a plus.
