About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You will support the team for up to 20 hours per week by contacting new and existing customers (by phone).
- You will contribute to internal projects, e.g., events, process optimization, or the implementation of new sales strategies.
- You will assist with general office tasks.
- You will perform general assistant duties such as scheduling appointments, preparing meetings, and organizing events.
Requirements
What you’ll need- You are a enrolled student in a relevant degree program (e.g., Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable field).
- You enjoy interacting with customers and demonstrate a friendly, service-oriented manner.
- You have good time management skills and a structured way of working.
- You enjoy working independently but are equally motivated by teamwork.
- You have very good German language skills, both written and spoken, and demonstrate strong communication skills.
