About the role
- Own and coordinate releases across Web, Android, and iOS.
- Manage the full release lifecycle, from build validation to production rollout.
- Validate builds, versions, artifacts, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Perform manual and automated testing, with a strong focus on critical user journeys.
- Ensure cross-platform quality and consistency before each release.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to identify risks early and unblock launches.
- Act as the final quality checkpoint before anything reaches production.
Requirements
- Experience in release management and quality engineering (manual + automation).
- Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and modern development workflows.
- Strong ownership mindset and exceptional attention to detail.
- Comfortable being the last line of defense before production.
- Clear communicator who thrives in fast-moving startup environments.
- Nice to Have: Experience working with early-stage or fast-growing startups.
- Background in consumer-facing web and mobile products.
- Strong product and user-centric mindset.
