About the role
- Actively participate in our clients' digital transformation by designing, developing and optimizing intelligent automation solutions.
- Analyze business processes and define functional requirements.
- Write technical documentation and design specifications.
- Develop high-performing, robust robots (UiPath, Power Automate or other RPA technologies).
- Collaborate with business and IT teams to ensure solution consistency.
- Take part in testing, user acceptance and production deployment phases.
- Ensure proper operation of robots in production.
- Investigate and resolve incidents.
- Perform evolutionary maintenance according to business needs.
- Contribute to the development of RPA standards and best practices.
- Provide support and mentorship to less experienced colleagues.
- Stay up to date on automation tools and technologies.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Proven experience in RPA (UiPath, Power Automate, Blue Prism, etc.).
- Strong understanding of automation concepts, algorithms and design patterns.
- Ability to document, structure and maintain automated solutions.
- Good interpersonal skills, service mindset and ability to work in a team.
- Autonomy, analytical skills and technological curiosity.
