Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the development and evolution of Allpro, a specialized Human Capital Management ERP platform
Drive day-to-day project delivery
Coordinate a cross-functional team of developers, QA engineers, and support specialists
Manage stakeholder expectations across the organization
Collaborate closely with the Chief AI and Information Officer and his team
Contribute to a variety of strategic initiatives, innovation projects, and AI-focused R&D activities

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in managing IT projects or IT services in complex technology environments
Strong organizational and proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple dependencies
Excellent communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills
English at B2/C1 level (daily work in an international environment)
Ability to understand technical aspects of IT environments and work closely with architects and engineering teams
Strong knowledge of project delivery methodologies, including Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid approaches
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills within high-complexity environments
Nice to have: PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent project management certification
Experienced in using AI tools in day-to-day workflow
