About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee and coordinate various civil construction projects from start to finish, ensuring that schedules and budgets are met
Support, coach, and provide guidance to Project Superintendents
Ensure adherence to the budget and make quick adjustments when unexpected complications arise
Regularly communicate with clients concerning budget, schedule, and quantity tracking
Ensure safety standards and guidelines are followed on the job site
Collaborate with clients, supervisory staff, subcontractors, and engineers to resolve challenges
Develop and maintain good working relationships with all involved parties
Issue One Calls and keep them up to date
Work with Project Engineer on project specifications, Submittals, RFI’s, Change Orders, and Quantity Tracking

Requirements

What you’ll need

3-5 years of civil experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365
Procore experience preferred
Thorough understanding of contracts, plans, specifications, and regulations
Ability to remain flexible and efficient in a fast-paced environment
Ability to make intelligent and quick decisions, working well under pressure, and when faced with unexpected occurrences or delays
Ability to effectively multitask while analyzing and solving problems
Thorough understanding of engineering, architectural, and other construction drawings
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to be professional in any situation
Ability to be a team player with leadership capabilities
Must be comfortable delegating tasks
Proficiency in spoken and written English is a mandatory requirement for this role, as it is essential for understanding work instructions, safety protocols, and participating in team communications.
