About the role
- IT governance (ITIL, CMMI, COBIT, PMBOK, BSC)
- Incident management tools and applications, primarily ServiceNow
- Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems
- Worms and other malware, security applications
- Basic knowledge of protection and security and of viruses (antivirus, firewall, anti-spyware)
- Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets and presentations, SharePoint, cloud data (OneDrive), and Teams within Microsoft Office environments
- Support knowledge/training.
Requirements
- Spanish and English — Advanced
- IT governance (ITIL, CMMI, COBIT, PMBOK, BSC)
- Minimum ITIL (e.g., ITIL Foundation)
- Incident management tools and applications, primarily ServiceNow
- Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems
- Basic knowledge of protection and security and concepts of viruses (antivirus, firewall, anti-spyware)
