About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Configure and parameterize Coupa modules for Purchasing, Requisitions, Contracts, and Expenses (P2P)
- Implement integrations between Coupa and ERP/SAP systems, ensuring accurate communication of purchasing data
- Design and configure workflows, approval hierarchies, catalogs, and business rules
- Configure and support the Coupa Supplier Portal (CSP)
- Execute system testing, support Go-Live activities, and handle incident/ticket support (AMS)
- Deliver training to Procurement teams and end users of the platform.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Hands-on experience implementing and maintaining the Coupa platform
- Experience with P2P (Procure-to-Pay) modules
- Knowledge of Coupa integrations with SAP/ERP
- Experience configuring workflows, approvals, and catalogs
- Familiarity with the Coupa Supplier Portal (CSP)
- Experience with testing, Go-Live, and AMS support
- Strong communication skills for training and user support
