About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Gather requirements from business areas by analyzing scenarios and proposing technical solutions.
Validate functional and technical solutions (including infrastructure) related to business requests.
Conduct, participate in, and/or lead system tests and user acceptance testing with business stakeholders and vendors.
Train champions and/or end users on approved solutions.
Act as a bridge between Systems, business areas and vendors, ensuring understanding of issues and evaluating innovative solutions.
Monitor open Systems requirements (projects, corrective or evolutionary maintenance), producing status updates and using client and vendor tools.
