About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Resolve complex customer issues using structured problem-solving methodologies
Provide remote support for Oracle E-Business Suite environments (11i, R12.1, R12.2)
Work in high-pressure environments
Responsible for administration of the entire Oracle EBS technology stack
Perform performance tuning and diagnostics through SQL analysis and AWR, ASH, ADDM tools
Develop scripts (SQL, PL/SQL, Shell) to analyze and remediate data issues

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
10+ years of relevant experience with Oracle EBS
5+ years of direct end-user application support in an enterprise environment
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Technical and functional expertise with a solid understanding of underlying data flows and functionality in Oracle EBS
Knowledge of Oracle patching/maintenance mechanics and EBS architecture
