About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities;
- Design the technical and functional aspects of automation solutions;
- Develop, configure, test and deploy bots using RPA tools (e.g., Blue Prism, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate, etc.);
- Use C# to develop components, scripts and new automations;
- Use the client's DevOps tools to perform CI/CD processes for projects (GitLab, Jenkins, Nexus);
- Perform unit tests before submitting code for merge into integrated testing or UAT to ensure delivery quality;
- Provide evidence of completed unit and integration tests, ensuring they meet the acceptance criteria defined during the preparation of the user stories in the project schedule;
- Analyze defects/bugs (troubleshooting), implement fixes when necessary and manage bug tickets in defect/incident tracking tools (Jira);
- Deploy, monitor and maintain bots in production environments;
- Execute fixes and adjustments to existing automations (corrective and evolutionary support);
- Document developed automations (workflows, exceptions, logs, manuals, etc.);
- Work together with solution architects and functional analysts to define technical standards and best practices;
- Participate in technical and business meetings to understand and refine requirements;
- Create required documentation following company/client standards;
- Comply with the client's methodologies, processes and metrics;
- Assist in identifying risks, bottlenecks and performance improvements in automations.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Systems Analysis and Development or related fields;
- Previous experience in developing RPA automations;
- Knowledge of one or more automation platforms (Blue Prism, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate, etc.);
- Strong understanding of programming logic, exception handling and integration with APIs (REST and SOAP), databases and legacy systems;
- Experience with source code versioning (e.g., Git);
- Knowledge of SQL and data manipulation;
- Familiarity with mainstream programming languages such as Java and experience using the .NET framework;
- Experience developing in C# and integrating custom scripts into automations;
- Ability to more accurately estimate development effort for user stories and/or fixes;
- Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban);
- Strong analytical skills, logical reasoning and attention to detail.
