About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Act as a bridge between business and technology, ensuring requests are aligned with strategic objectives.
Gather, analyze and document business requirements.
Create, prioritize and manage the product backlog.
Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and support sprint planning.
Validate deliveries completed by the development team.
Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions using Design Thinking, UX Design and Business Model Canvas techniques.
Support the definition of MVPs and the continuous evolution of products.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst or in related roles.
Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban and Lean).
Experience with Azure DevOps and backlog management.
Knowledge of requirements analysis, prototyping and BDD.
Experience with agile metrics and CMMI.
Knowledge of software architecture and the MVC pattern.
Experience with legacy systems and software development.
Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field.
