About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Gather, analyze and document business requirements with clients and stakeholders;
Lead meetings to understand business processes and needs;
Map AS-IS and TO-BE processes, identifying improvement and automation opportunities;
Prepare functional documentation, business rules, process flows and acceptance criteria;
Write user stories, epics and functional requirements;
Support prioritization and effort estimation of requests;
Collaborate with technical teams (Architecture and RPA) to define solutions;
Ensure alignment between business requirements and the proposed solution;
Support functional testing, user acceptance and defect management;
Keep documentation up to date and perform knowledge transfer to support teams;
Identify risks, dependencies and impacts on deliveries;
Work with agile tools to track requests;
Foster clear communication between technical and business areas.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, IT Management, Systems Analysis and Development or related fields;
Previous experience as a Functional Analyst, Requirements Analyst, Business Analyst or similar roles;
Experience eliciting, analyzing and documenting requirements;
Experience mapping operational processes using BPMN, flowcharts or similar tools;
Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban or similar);
Experience with Jira and Confluence;
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word);
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with ease interacting with clients and business areas;
Analytical ability, organization and problem-solving skills;
Experience working in multidisciplinary teams.
