Lead meetings to gather and clarify requirements with business areas.
Elicit, detail, and document functional and non-functional requirements.
Map current processes and identify improvement opportunities.
Prepare functional documentation, process flows, business rules, and acceptance criteria.
Support architects and technical teams in understanding the requirements.
Participate in validations with users and stakeholders.
Support functional testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) when required.
Ensure traceability between business needs, requirements, and the proposed solution.

What you’ll need

Experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, or similar role.
Strong documentation skills and ability to organize requirements.
Knowledge of corporate processes and enterprise systems.
Experience with flowcharts, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional documentation.
Experience working with technology, architecture, data, or integration teams is a plus.
Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Bizagi, Miro, or Visio.
