About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Generate/update reports, spreadsheets and charts with descriptions of critical points and relevant facts.
- Query/extract data from the client's systems, classify the data, develop pivot tables and charts according to the report's objective; perform preliminary analysis of the generated information, indicating trends or other information requested by the Client;
- Organize meetings, events, workshops and related activities.
- Schedule and send invitations, reserve space, prepare the agenda, organize and file meeting documents, assist in drafting the minutes, enter the minutes in the system for comments, issue and distribute the final version of the minutes, register action items and send them to responsible parties; when requested, arrange and record event evaluations;
- Support tracking of outstanding items and action plans
- Update the status of actions periodically in the action plan file or control system;
- Send to the action plan owner/manager a periodic report containing information on the physical progress of each action plan and the updated status of the scheduled milestones;
- Support the deployment of Strategic Planning
- Assist the functional management in strategic rollout and definition of indicators and targets for it and its sectoral managements;
- Gather historical data of the management's indicators and propose, based on the general management's BSC, indicators and targets to be monitored by the functional and sectoral managements;
- Provide support for the preparation of team GD (goal deployment);
- Support for critical analysis of routine management and governance
- Assist management in critically analyzing the implemented management, as well as proposing improvements to management routines.
- Support for updating procedures and standards
- Control management standards, identifying in due time those that require critical review and update in the system.
- Assist management in the standards update flow, supporting necessary corrections.
- Preparation of various presentations
- Query/extract data from the client's systems and management reports, classify the data, develop charts and figures according to the presentation objective.
- Prepare presentations in PowerPoint or similar, at the discretion of oversight;
- Support for monitoring and recording management indicators' results
- Query/extract data from computerized systems or other sources, classify and process the data, develop pivot tables and charts;
- Prepare/include the metrics in presentations, spreadsheets, systems and/or monitoring dashboards;
- Indicate trends and deviations, highlighting the main causes/justifications for the deviations;
- Support for developing and controlling implementation of recovery plans
- Assist management in preparing action plans to recover indicators that are off-target and/or indicators that have scope for new challenges.
- Record and follow up on recovery/improvement plans.
- Send to the action plan owner/manager a periodic report containing information on the physical progress of each action plan and the updated status of the scheduled milestones
- Perform activities related to the corporate management of client-controlled companies headquartered abroad, acting as the Liaison Unit for them, predominantly undertaking the activities below or similar.
- Support management of corporate documents;
- Support the processing of the approval process for corporate guidelines;
- Support administration of administrative contracts;
- Support corporate accounting management;
- Support the preparation of the companies' financial statements;
- Support the rollout of corporate guidelines within the companies;
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proficient in basic IT/computer skills;
- Basic accounting knowledge;
- Basic knowledge of the Brazilian tax system;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office;
- Knowledge of SAP ERP modules MM, LT, CO and PS
