About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide support for corporate applications and production environments;
Perform analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of medium- and high-complexity incidents;
Monitor system and service health, ensuring environment availability;
Investigate failures in microservices-based architectures;
Perform troubleshooting in Linux environments;
Analyze application, container, and infrastructure logs;
Support deployment processes and validation of new releases;
Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams to resolve issues;
Run queries and conduct database analyses to investigate incidents;
Document procedures, solutions, and technical analyses;
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and operational automation.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree (in progress or completed) in Information Technology or a related field;
Experience supporting corporate systems and applications;
Knowledge of Kubernetes;
Experience with microservices architectures;
Experience working in Microsoft Azure environments;
Basic to intermediate Linux administration skills;
Database knowledge (SQL and query-based analysis/troubleshooting);
Experience in incident analysis and resolution of complex problems;
Availability to work 13:00 to 22:00
