Contribute to the documentation of processes, procedures and operational routines
Assist in identifying and troubleshooting incidents and issues in test environments
Perform connectivity tests and basic infrastructure validations
Support activities related to the management and control of IT assets
Interact with technical teams to understand requirements and resolve defects
Contribute to the continuous improvement of quality processes

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field
Basic knowledge of software testing
Familiarity with databases and simple queries
Basic command-line navigation skills in Linux
Troubleshooting and problem-diagnosis skills
Basic understanding of network connectivity
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Good documentation skills and ability to organize information
