About the role

  • Conduct user and stakeholder research (interviews, usability testing, user journey mapping);
  • Create flows, wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes (Figma);
  • Work closely with Product Owners and technical teams (mobile and backend);
  • Ensure usability and accessibility standards in mobile applications;
  • Support and conduct usability testing with real users;
  • Evolve and maintain the Design System;
  • Present and justify design decisions based on data and evidence.

Requirements

  • Strong experience as a UX/UI Designer in digital products, with a focus on mobile;
  • Proficiency in Figma and collaborative tools (Miro, FigJam);
  • Knowledge of usability, accessibility, and information architecture;
  • Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban);
  • Good communication skills for interacting with technical and business stakeholders;
  • Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field (completed).
