About the role

  • Support in the creation, modification, release, closure, and blocking of cost objects
  • Monitor actions required to release cost objects and routinely check the accounting system to verify they have been released
  • Notify stakeholders of releases and inform when objects can be closed, maintaining the file or control system up to date
  • Take steps to create new objects, close and/or modify existing ones, including releases, blocks, or adjustments
  • Support investment budgeting and expenses in cost centers, orders, and/or projects, including PAN, PE
  • Collect, classify, and process historical expenditure data for cost centers, orders, and/or projects
  • Assist management in identifying needs for the next period and support the preparation of projections
  • Prepare comparative analyses, organize data, and input information into computerized systems
  • Perform final consolidation of files and generate reports with views by structure and accounts, by general management or executive management (including their staff departments)
  • Perform final consolidation of files and generate reports with project-level views
  • Monitor and analyze the execution of investments and expenses in cost centers, orders, and/or projects, including PAN, PE

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Business Administration, Engineering, Systems Analysis, Information Systems, Economics, Accounting, or Mathematics
  • Essential: experience performing activities related to cost routines
  • Registration with the relevant professional council (if applicable)
