About the role

  • Experience in the application domain and in software development;
  • Analytical skills and risk management, estimation, planning, and decision analysis;
  • Demonstrated leadership and ability to foster team spirit;
  • Time management and triage skills, with a track record of making sound decisions quickly under stress;
  • Strong interpersonal skills and good judgment in personnel selection;
  • Be objective in defining and evaluating work, ensuring full team participation in co-creating plans;
  • Focus on adding value to the product so it meets business stakeholder and client expectations;
  • Knowledge of project management;
  • Familiarity with frameworks/practices: RUM, SAFe, Lean Kanban, Lean Startup, Project Model Canvas.

Requirements

  • Experience in IT projects
  • Agile tools and methodologies: Trello, Scrum, Kanban
  • Bachelor's degree in Systems Analysis and Development
  • Estimation/Budgeting: APF function point counting, SNAP counting
  • PMI-ACP (PMI Agile Certified Practitioner) or SAFe Agilist (SA) or PSM (Professional Scrum Master).
