About the role
- Develop, configure and maintain APIs on Google Apigee
- Implement security policies, traffic control, authentication and authorization (OAuth 2.0, API Keys)
- Support integrations between internal and external systems via REST APIs
- Perform testing, troubleshooting and fixes on existing APIs
- Collaborate with technical and business teams
- Document APIs and integration flows
- Follow best practices for development, security and performance
Requirements
- Knowledge of backend development
- Familiarity with REST APIs and HTTP patterns
- Basic knowledge or initial experience with Google Apigee (Edge or X)
- Familiarity with JSON and tools such as Postman
- Understanding of API authentication and security
- Basic knowledge of Git
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field
