About the role

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Process Management, or related fields.

Requirements

  • Map, monitor and optimize processes performed by the Unit, identifying critical points and proposing improvements.
  • Request and control SAP profiles required to perform activities.
  • Prepare and update competency matrices, organizational charts, flowcharts and procedures.
  • Develop and disseminate standards related to the Unit's activities, ensuring alignment with corporate guidelines.
  • Update files, controls and systems, ensuring integrity and consistency of information.
  • Support the implementation of corporate initiatives related to inventory management and coordinate audits (e.g., SOX), consolidating necessary information and documentation.
  • Create dashboards in BI tools for analysis and dissemination of strategic data.
  • Perform diagnostics and process mapping, documenting current and revised flows in specific tools (MS Excel, MS Visio, ARIS Toolset, Bizagi, SINPEP PETROBRAS).
  • Propose indicators and management dashboards to improve control of physical resources.
  • Assist in preparing detailed operational standards and training for teams.
  • Prepare periodic and final reports on the execution and progress of work.

  • Requirements and Competencies:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Process Management or related fields.
  • Experience in process mapping and optimization, inventory management and audits.
  • Knowledge of SAP, process modeling tools (Visio, ARIS, Bizagi) and BI tools.
  • Analytical skills, organization, effective communication and focus on continuous improvement.
  • Relationships:
  • Reports to the Unit Management.
  • Interacts with internal areas and external partners to ensure integration and efficiency in processes.
