About the role

Deeply understand business needs and technology teams' requirements and design technical solutions that address those needs, considering both off-the-shelf market tools and custom software development.
Rebuild the architecture foundation to enable tribes (product, data, dev) to deliver autonomously with quality, security, and speed, focusing on integration standards, observability, internal development patterns, CI/CD, and the adoption of AI platforms.
Ensure continuous alignment between business strategies and technology strategies, making sure proposed and implemented solutions support the organization's long-term objectives.
Act as a technical architecture specialist, providing support and guidance to software development and infrastructure teams, helping resolve complex issues and ensuring the efficiency, resilience, and performance of implemented solutions.
Participate in meetings and workshops with stakeholders to discuss requirements, solutions, and technical challenges, fostering a clear and collaborative understanding of architectural guidelines.
Lead technical discussions to evaluate tools and platforms to be used within our architecture model.
Ensure that teams' developments adhere to the architectural design by managing technical, operational, and functional debt.
Stay up to date with technological trends and innovations, bringing valuable insights that can be applied in the company context.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
Proven experience in solution architecture.
Strong knowledge of market tools and emerging technologies.
Ability to translate business requirements into viable and efficient technical solutions.
Experience implementing integration, observability, and CI/CD tools and platforms.
Experience working in agile development environments with a focus on DevOps and continuous delivery methodologies.
Knowledge of public cloud; experience with Oracle Cloud and Azure is desirable.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Proactivity, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
