About the role

  • Serve as the primary liaison between our client and the development team.
  • Analyze client needs to determine feasibility and cost-effectiveness of development.
  • Model, classify and prioritize client requirements, using facilitation skills to ensure needs are clear and well organized.
  • Translate client requests into functional requirements that developers can implement in systems, applications or IT solutions.
  • Prioritize and plan the demand intake pipeline with the business area and monitor the progress of activities with the functional team; report deviations and take actions to mitigate delays.
  • Ensure configurations are aligned with client expectations and the project scope, demonstrating analytical thinking and problem-solving.
  • Participate in system deployments, provide technical support, and deliver training to the client and business team.
  • Collaborate in the creation of procedures, manuals and work instructions for system users.
  • Act as a facilitator in working meetings between technical teams and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Experience in IT business analysis or as a Key User with a focus on maintenance systems.
  • Advanced knowledge of the SAP PM module.
  • Knowledge of core maintenance processes.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Effective communication: ability to convey information clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing, to varied audiences.
  • Empathy: understanding and considering colleagues’ and stakeholders’ needs and concerns.
  • Negotiation: ability to mediate conflicts and find solutions that satisfy all parties involved.
  • Teamwork: collaborate effectively with colleagues across departments and hierarchical levels.
  • Adaptability: ability to adjust quickly to change and new challenges.
  • Problem solving: approach issues analytically and find viable solutions.
  • Relationship management: develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Completed higher education (Bachelor's degree).
