Requirements
3+ years of experience gained in a top consultancy or advisory practice where you focused on HR transformation, organizational development, or people-driven change
A proven ability to move from strategy to execution
Strong experience working directly with senior stakeholders e.g. Founders, C-level executives, or business leaders
Breadth of HR knowledge across operations, compliance, performance management, talent development, and culture
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English
A hands-on, solutions-oriented approach
