Key responsibilities & impact

Deliver exceptional accounting support, ensuring client satisfaction.
Manage full-cycle accounting, including accounts payable/receivable, monthly reconciliations, journal entries, month-end close, financial statement preparation, data analysis, and payroll/HR.
Identify opportunities to enhance clients' financial health.
Stay current with industry trends and new technologies.
Work closely with your manager and peers to cross-train, balance workloads, and meet deadlines.
Participate in ongoing training and team meetings to foster innovation and growth

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
7+ years of full-cycle accounting experience, including month-end closing.
QuickBooks Online experience required; certification preferred.
Experience with Sage Intacct is highly preferred.
Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Bill.com, Expensify, and other cloud-based tools.
Dedicated workspace and reliable high-speed internet.
Bilingual - English/Spanish
