About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Deliver exceptional accounting support, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Manage full-cycle accounting, including accounts payable/receivable, monthly reconciliations, journal entries, month-end close, financial statement preparation, data analysis, and payroll/HR.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance clients' financial health.
  • Stay current with industry trends and new technologies.
  • Work closely with your manager and peers to cross-train, balance workloads, and meet deadlines.
  • Participate in ongoing training and team meetings to foster innovation and growth

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 7+ years of full-cycle accounting experience, including month-end closing.
  • QuickBooks Online experience required; certification preferred.
  • Experience with Sage Intacct is highly preferred.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Bill.com, Expensify, and other cloud-based tools.
  • Dedicated workspace and reliable high-speed internet.
  • Bilingual - English/Spanish
