About the role
- Deliver exceptional accounting support, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Manage full-cycle accounting, including accounts payable/receivable, monthly reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.
- Identify opportunities to enhance clients' financial health.
- Stay current with industry trends and new technologies.
- Work closely with manager and peers to cross-train, balance workloads, and meet deadlines.
- Participate in ongoing training and team meetings to foster innovation and growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Philippines CPA Certification.
- 7+ years of full-cycle accounting experience, including month-end closing.
- Minimum 1 year of transactional accounting (QuickBooks Online experience required; certification preferred).
- 1+ years of night-shift experience in a remote environment.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Bill.com, Expensify, and other cloud-based tools.
- Dedicated workspace and reliable high-speed internet.
- Proven ability to manage multiple clients and industries.
- Clear, concise communication skills (written and verbal).
- Process-oriented mindset with a commitment to confidentiality.
