About the role
- Own Nordic industrial growth by analyzing sub-segments and defining go-to-market plans
- Partner with St1 through joint account planning and lead sharing
- Develop solutions across on-grid and off-grid concepts
- Structure complex, long-cycle deals
- Negotiate and close contracts from first contact to signature
- Track market & policy signals to identify emerging opportunities
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B sales or business development experience
- Proven success with complex, multi-stakeholder, long-cycle sales
- Technical comfort with an engineering degree as a plus
- Understanding of industrial decarbonization
- Experience working through partners/channels
- Fluency in English and Swedish; other Nordic languages or German are a plus
