About the role

  • You design and produce print materials such as brochures, flyers, and trade show materials — from concept to print-ready files.
  • You create graphic assets for our website, e.g. illustrations, banners, and icons, ensuring a visually engaging user experience.
  • You develop graphics for our digital campaigns and social media channels, consistently applying the brand guidelines.
  • In close coordination with our freelance designer, you ensure that all visual materials align with our brand identity.

Requirements

  • You are an enrolled student in graphic design, communication design, media design, or a related field.
  • You are proficient with Adobe Creative Suite — especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Portfolio: You can provide initial work samples that showcase your design skills — whether from studies, internships, or personal projects.
  • Eye for detail: You have a strong sense for typography, color, and layout, and execute designs with pixel precision.
  • Motivated and team-oriented: You identify with our mission and brand and bring a proactive working style.
  • Nice to have: Experience with Figma, Trello, or Notion is a plus.
  • Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken.
  • Good English language skills, both written and spoken.
