About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising and Meta
- Help clients generate high quality leads while continually improving performance
- Work closely with the Head of Paid Media
- Contribute to strategic discussions
- Collaborate with SEO, Content and Web teams
- Build trusted relationships with clients
Requirements
What you’ll need- Around 2 years or more experience within Paid Media, ideally in an agency environment
- Experience managing campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising and Meta Ads
- Exposure to lead generation and/or B2B Paid Media campaigns
- The ability to analyse campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Strong communication skills and confidence working directly with clients
- Excellent organisation skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts
- A proactive mindset, genuine curiosity and a desire to continually learn and improve
